Application Fee 

•$40 per adult (anyone over the age of 18)

Identification 

•Driver’s License, Passport, or State ID Card

•Social Security Card or document with social security number on it. 

Income

•Current Pay Stubs for the last 3 months.

•Employment letter (if new hire)

•If Self-employed: W-2 Forms from the previous year and current bank statements

•If applicable: Social Security, Proof of child support, Food Stamps, Housing Voucher, TANF etc.

Animals

•Current photo of the animal

•Service or Companion animal: must provide a doctor’s note/prescription, and a reasonable accommodation form. 

Once Approved

•Applicants must take possession of the property within 72 hours if the unit is rent ready. A deposit reservation must be paid within 48 hours of approval. 

•Rent and utility amounts will be given prior to the signing appointment.
