This is a large two bedroom one bath duplex located in Green. The unit provides a range, fridge, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The unit also offers a one car garage, washer/dryer hook-ups and electric baseboard heating. The owner pays garbage and yard maintenance, the tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
