This is a three bedroom two bath townhouse duplex located 10 minutes South of Roseburg. The unit provides a range, fridge and dishwasher. The unit also has a garage, gas fireplace and a small yard area. The front yard maintenance is paid for by the owner, tenant must maintain the backyard.
